Kristine at Gun Safety Innovations was the first to point out Jon at Hunt, Eat, Live fishing expedition with his family. I e-mailed Jon and asked if I could re-post the picture of his daughter and her first fish.
Would you look at the hold she has on that fish. She looks like the everday fishergirl and she caught it on her pink barbie pole. I love it! And love the pink she has on. What a cutie!

I saw this post, and she is definitely a cutie. I think I might be looking into my future a little bit here. I just hope my daughter doesn’t have quite the fascination with pink. We shall see.
Arthur – as Jody pointed out on my blog this morning, there’s nothing wrong with pink! Even a manly man such as I just looks purrty darn good in pink. Or something like that.

That’s a great photo. I have a 7 year old that loves to go fishing with me. In fact yesterday I came home for work and her Pink Barbie pole was on the counter. I asked my wife why the fishing pole was out and she told me that my daughter wanted to go fishing so she was practicing in the back yard. What I need to know is how you get her to hold the fish. My daughter wont touch them thats daddy’s job.
