Some days our troubles really aren’t all that important …
Yesterday I came across a Facebook page asking for prayers for a family. The request for prayers was for the family of a 20 year old woman who lost her life while giving birth to her son. It absolutely broke my heart. I don’t know this couple or family but I sat and read all of the outpouring of love and prayers. Many from strangers that read about their story online.
Through their photographs it told an unspoken story, a young couple so very much in love with so much to look forward to.
Their story … Prayers For The Marlowe Family
From there I ended on the girls personal Facebook page …
What appeared as her last entry ~ about a week prior to her passing ~ she posted this …
As the thunder rolls, I barely hear You whisper through the rain ” I’m with you” and as your mercy falls, I raise my hands and praise the God who gives and takes away..
And I’m absolutely speechless …

CDGardens, you are very welcome!
dear friend…..you are such a wise and compassionate woman. Thank you for sharing such a moving story and reminding us that there are still good and decent people out there who can care about strangers.
Gretchen, there truly are a lot of good people out there.
Thank you Jody for reminding me what’s important in life. I thought I was having a crappy day but this puts things back in perspective for sure. I will keep my family in my prayers as well.
Kathleen, it is a good reminder that sometimes our troubles aren’t all that important.
