I say we all runaway and go somewhere. Like Kentucky fishing. For crappie. This beautiful fall weather makes me won’t to run away.
This is the first and only time I’ve touched a fish. But if I runaway fishing alone … I will need to take my fish off the hook by myself.

Why turn back, Jody? You’ve already crossed over to the dark side and touched the fish. Why go back and pay someone to do it now? Unless you want to pay me of course…..then I wouldn’t mind your change of heart.
Jody, I will meet you halfway to the lake and do half the work. You can hook ‘em and I will hold ‘em for the camera. That is one fine Crappie. Wish I could catch one that size out here in Idaho.
Hee hee – I love this video. Your “we’re done” comment cracks me up. There is something about fish that still freaks me out a bit. I don’t know how I’m okay with gutting an elk, but holding up a fish still unnerves me a bit. I think it is the way they flap around and are all slimy. And the eyeballs…
I have to agree with Emily… fish are just icky to hold! Oh well… if you find a fish-taker-offer for both of us I could meet you and bring some cupcakes too!
