The Day Job

by Jody Narantic on January 4, 2013

This post is rated PG because I used the B word:

As most of you know, I have a day job. I don’t talk about my day job because I do try and keep my professional life separate from my social life.

But today I will share this …

We are installing a new server and software over the next couple of days at my day job. And if I could find a fork in my house I’d probably poke my eyes out. Because installing a new server and software never goes as smoothly as planned. Not to mention, employees are sometimes like kids … Are you done yet? How much longer? Done yet? Huge sigh and angry tone … You done? HOW MUCH LONGERRRRR?

You know how I use the occasional *(*&^ word? Most words like *(*&^ just don’t bother me. They’re just words.

And you all know my blogging personality is mostly humorous but when it comes to my day job (and sometimes with my husband)… this is me …

Blogger Bitches

And after working in an office for well over 20 years and being referred to as a B many times … I’m okay with that … because … well … Bitches get stuff done!

Have a good day all … TGIVodka Friday! And that is exactly what I will be doing later this evening to calm my bitchy self.

And maybe this is why my husband hid the forks?

:)
